  • Identify the experience or pattern you want to change, own that it’s yours and that you created it out of love and wisdom, choose a new belief, act like it’s a reality and it will be. Just keep doing and practicing it.

  • If you find that you do your belief changing and nothing changes, then you need to do a belief change about belief changing first.

  • Practice everything above.
